MelRose Michaels
With a corporate background in business and marketing, and over a decade of experience in the adult industry, MelRose Michaels has seen and done it all. Her career first began as top webcam model on MyFreeCams, before transitioning over to becoming a Premium Social Media starlit and Brand Ambassador on Fancentro. Her industry experience ranges from streaming, fansites, PPV dms, video/audio clips, custom content, and more. During her time in the Adult space, she’s launched a successful mainstream marketing company, podcast, youtube channel, clothing line, and adult educational platform. Her clothing line Networthy (ShopNetworthy.com), is a by sex worker for sex worker clothing line that donates a portion of proceeds to Pineapple Support (pineapplesupport.org), an organization that provides free or low cost mental health services to the adult industry. The brand is aimed at de-stigmatizing sex work through wearing the labels society places on them - proudly. To further give back to the sex work space, Michaels launched her educational platform Sex Work CEO (SexWorkCEO.com) which provides free courses to creators in an effort to streamline them to success in and outside of sex work. Courses include everything from teaching sex workers how to create and distribute content, to how to launch a podcast or build out a Shopify store to sell merchandise to their fans. Essentially taking their sex work skills to a new level, by bridging any educational gap that may be hindering them from expanding their brand into the mainstream. Ultimately, the platform aims to shift the perspective on sex workers, to being viewed as CEO’s of major corporations. Another segment of the SWCEO platform is its Influencer Advocacy group. Essentially an esteemed panel of adult creators who are available to companies to hire for consulting on their products, platforms or services. Meaning for the first time ever, creators will have a say in shaping the future of their industry. MelRose has quickly become a thought leader and business icon in the Adult space, and plans to dedicate majority of her future career efforts into making sure the sex work community is one that fosters opportunity, impacts legislation, and keeps power in the hands of creators.
