XBIZ TV restrictions:

• Hardcore content is strictly forbidden.
• Commercial adult content produced for sale/monetization is not allowed.
• Content must be adult industry related.
• Talent agencies should be properly licensed, disclose principals and ownership and/or be listed by the Free Speech Coalition.
• Existing YouTube or Vimeo must be added using the Grab Video tool.
• Content that encourages or incites violence, harassment, bullying, makes accusations/allegations, reveals personal/confidential information, is racist or promotes escorting will result in account termination.
• Trolling, spamming or soliciting user information will result in account termination.
• Reproduction of XBIZ.tv content in whole or in part in any form or medium is prohibited.
• XBIZ does not necessarily remove posted content if a user is suspended, terminated or requests closure of their account, but it does reserve the right to do so in the event that it deems a post excessively objectionable. The fact that XBIZ reserves the right to do so does not create any third party beneficiary interest in its doing so, and any decision to do so shall be made exclusively by XBIZ.
