Liberation-Informed Healing from Traumatic Experiences; With Tess Kilwein
Pineapple Support
Published on May 18, 2023
Many traditional approaches to treating trauma place the individual at the center of healing, despite trauma being deeply interpersonal, collective, and systemic in nature. Liberation-informed healing recognizes the root causes of trauma, including systemic oppression, and emphasizes the importance of collective, holistic recovery from these experiences. This webinar goes beyond traditional notions of resilience and emphasizes trauma survivors’ capacity to become anti-fragile and ability to heal and strive even in the face of overwhelmingly stressful environments.

Rachael is an empathetic, driven, passionate individual and leader who provides high quality, person-centered therapy from acceptance and commitment therapy, EMDR AIP, mindfulness, self-compassion, internal family systems, and strengths-based models.
