Backyard Boxing Exercise

Been trying to keep up an exercise regime, but without the gym it's really hard for me. I'm the kind of girl who needs to take classes because I'm naturally quite lazy and actually abhor exercise. My husband surprised me with catching mitts and for the first time in over 2 years I'm doing boxing again! My form has deteriorated and leaves much to be desired, and my knuckles are raw and actually bleeding a bit, but I'm so happy to be back doing what I love, even if it's just in the backyard. :)
