The mainstream society has always been judging (violently) our industry because of the nature of the acts and the global outdated taboo it involves; but it is also alarming to see that some of our peers, sometimes have to fight a stigma coming from the inside too. Adult performers, cam models, strippers, porn actors, sex-workers … is there a “whoreachy”?
Let’s talk about the fact that as a group of professionals our desire for acceptance from general society but also from our colleagues is a legit fight. Together we will discuss how we can break down misconceptions and eventually find some communication tools to solve any misunderstanding, especially coming from the inside of our community.
