I have been meditating every day for the last six months. I discovered the App Insight Timer and it has completely changed my life. I enjoy guided mediations with affirmations, mediations fro relaxation and sleep as well as more motivating, ones in the morning. Mediation has many benefits. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, insomnia, concentration as well as many more advantages.
